LOCAL DELIVERY

Order by 12:30pm for same day delivery!

We can have your plants or purchase delivered to your home across the Canberra area for a $15 flat delivery fee. We use Poppy Deliveries who can hand deliver your precious cargo on the same day it is collected from our store, so they won’t have to be suffocated in a box or left for days in a cold warehouse like other online plant shopping.

Because of this, we only currently deliver within the Canberra and Queanbeyan region to the following districts:

Gungahlin
Belconnen
North Canberra
South Canberra
Molonglo Valley
Woden Valley
Weston Creek
Tuggeranong

Queanbeyan
Jerrabomberra

Delivery is currently unavailable for rural areas including Royalla, Bungendore, Googong & Murrumbateman.

IN STORE PICKUP

We offer free Click & Collect for any online orders, with fast and easy pickup from our store in Braddon.

Please allow around an hour before collecting your order so our staff can have your purchase ready. We will text you with confirmation your order is ready to pick up. Please have text ready to show us for a quick collection. 

PURCHASES & RETURNS

All products listed to purchase on our website should be in stock and available in our store. In the circumstance where an ordered item is either unavailable, damaged or not to our high standards, we will offer a full refund or alternative product as chosen by you, the customer. In the situation where a product is faulty or not as described, again we will offer a replacement or refund. We do not offer refunds for incorrect choice or change of mind. As plants are living things, we may not be able to exchange plants if they are in a different condition to which they left our store.

If you are unhappy with a purchase, please contact us directly and as soon as possible. We want every customer to have a positive experience with us!

For the services we offer, we may collect personal information when using this site such as name, email address, phone number and postal address. These details are kept internally and may be used if we contact you in regards to your order. We may send promotional emails for special offers, new products or information we think you may be interested in. We will never share/sell or swap your personal information with anyone or any other parties.
