This Raindop Peperomia a stunning tall proud pep, with shiny raindrop leaves which stand proudly on this iconic plant. Though still fairly uncommon, they have very simple care requirements. A bright living gift, or perfect for the pep collection.

Care Level - Easy. Basic light requirements, and a simple watering scedule will keep this cutie happy.

Light - This Pep grows best is bright indirect light. Lower light can be tollerated, but growth wont be as fast. Too much hot sun in summer can lead to leaf burn.

Water - This plant is pretty easy in regards to water. It’s safer to keep on the drier side, especially in winter, but if you water well or forget for a few weeks, this pep is pretty forgiving. In summer, water when the top inch feels dry, and in winter every two weeks should be enough.

Food - In warmer growing months, give a quality liquid fertiliser monthly for the best growth, but hold off during winter.

Propagation - Peps can propogate from a single leaf or multi leaf cutting. Sit the stem end of a cutting in water in a well lit position and watch the roots grow. Best propogated in summer for best results.

Soil - A rich but well draining soil is best, like a peat based mixed with some added perlite for drainage.

Pets - This Peperomia is non-toxic and pet safe, so rest easy if you have a plant munching fur baby.

PLEASE NOTE: While we try to show photos of an average plant for this plant and pot size, as every plant is a living thing, plants may be slightly different in some way to the image shown.
